I AM TIRED
i am soo exhausted mentally!! i have sent 3 inquiry one was through congressman and all generated reply and they want me to wait for another 120 days. The last one my husband sent was 1/7/25 and no reply yet. i am thinking of applying for AP how long will it take me? i need to visit my sick mom . its been 10 years and i came in with F1 visa

I feel you!! i filed october 2021 and after many many many trials I decided to file a mandamus
I got my approval 25 days after filing the mandamus

don’t waste your time and file mandamus. we waited 4 years before filing it. once we filed our interview date was scheduled within 60 days. we got approval case update next day after pur i130 interview. just hire a good lawyer and go with him. our old lawyer was idiot, thats why we got stuck. don’t wait and do it!

I filed a mandamus lawsuit they told my husband to pick up his passport with no approval n still not giving us a reason so our atty is filing a motion so fingers crossed…my husband case is from Sept 2021 and we had 2 interviews n still nothing…congress doesn’t help at all but reach out to them to make ur case stronger i guess

@Mary gij I am from Nigeria. We filed in April 2021. Thats crazy, so yall are filing a motion to reopen your case ir what? We have two kids together so i dont think its because they think its not a bonafide marriage. They literally forgot poeple who applied 2020/2021/2022 and its so frustrating
