biometric reschedule appointment
Hello,
I missed the biometric reschedule appointment that was scheduled a month ago 11/13 because I didn’t get any notification that mail was delivered. I had checked before 11/13 but no documents. I called to USCIS to request rescheduled appointment, but they said that it is possible to deny the reschedule if it is not valid reason. I told them to explain for late delivery.
Is there any possiblity to deny my reschedule appointment in this case..?
I need your help..

I don't know which info is right or wrong, my online account shows Im on the step 4 case decision, EMMA lie agent was providing me info that my interview was waived and then I got an email that action has been taken on your case and there was nothing and its been almost a week but EMMA live agent now telling me that they put me in queue for an interview and don't know what to believe, Anyone gone through the same or going through it please share please, this is stressful.

what does that suppose to mean? anyone has previously gone through this situation?

Interview: General question about I485 and some question about marriage and my ex, also ask about divorce, then a lot of “No” question.

Urgent travel needs
I am still awaiting correspondence from USCIS, but my greatest fear has happened . My mom passed away while I’m still waiting for my documents.
is there any way for me to expedite my travel documents in order to be with my family in mourning? Has anyone been successful with anything like this?

I have few questions related to Ead renewal online .
Has anyone recently filed EAD online ?
Do we have to pay Filing fee to Uscis ?
I want to file myself but not sure what to do . Would you guys recommend to file online or by Mail ?
Which one would be faster and easier?
