what years for w2 are required for the joint sponsor?

we got two messages from the NVC
that we were documentarily qualified and another one saying case fe review note & that we needed a joint sponsor. is there anyone in a similar situation as us?
years 2021-2024 I made enough to sponsor my husband

My lawyer sent in 2021, 2022 and 2023 and also estimated current income for 2024( Just the number that would appear on Line 9 on 1040)

it doesn’t hurt to still send sponsor even if you made enough. just to be safe. just make sure sponsors makes enough for you and the number of members that pertain to you for example. I am a family of 4 my a sponsor had make an income that could sustain self and us 4
