anyone know a good lawyer
pretty annoying it’s come to this but we wanna use a lawyer to push the USCIS with our case, my wife is a US citizen and the fact it’s taken this long is a complete joke, we don’t care about how much it costs we just need to push them and sue them. Congress hasn’t emailed us back so I guess we will need to put some money down now.

when will it be approved
it’s been almost 4 years since I started my process! I already worked for my sponsor for over a year and made them agree to let me work for once a month so that I can work on my field the other time. I am using my EAD to work for a skill work and still maintaining the unskilled job with my sponsor going once a month or so.
I submitted the e-request because my case is out of normal processing time. I understand that the priority date is still not current but I have heard some of the folks are getting interview even if the date is not current.
posting here today I want to know what documentation do they ask when you go for interview. Will working for a skill job while pending GC gonna create an issue? I consulted with Lawyer as well but did not get any conclusive answer. if anyone here is expert or went through similar process and have there opinion, I would really appreciate.
