I’m October 2022, case was transferred to another office, no prima facie or RFE yet either, feels like forever, hoping for positive news this year 😩😩😩

January 18th, 2022 here.
1 RFE and notice that they received it in early 2022 - no update since. 3 years of silence.
however since then, I’ve had 5 PF, 2EAD cards, just waiting to get approved. It’s a looooooong road. Have patience, in the mean time, have a plan on what you’re going to do with your life, when that door is finally “ Open”.

@vawa 2022-23 so far I have received just 2 prima facie may be there a more with my lawyer he doesn’t bother sending unless I ask

Feb 2022, only 2 PF. Last one expired March 2024, haven't received any new PF after.

may 22, recently renewed EAD expires 2030, only case transferred to new jurisdiction … I pray this is the year of approval for us 2022 filers

Omg first time I read that other people haven't had Prima Facie! I don't feel alone anymore. Ok people so I read in USCIS portal and what I understood was that you have to present certain proof to get PF but is not mandatory for us to receive one, again, officer discretion. I'm April 2022 and it my case still reads Case Received. Haven't received anything than just receipt number.
