You’re good to go. CBP process will be done in Toronto when you’re coming back and they’ll take you to secondary. Try n be at the airport early when coming back

I traveled to Nigeria on AP in February and came back mid March. Very easy. Don't be scared. Unless you have a pending removal proceeding or problems with your AOS process. Otherwise, you're good to go.
