You may be overthinking - one time my lawfirm received 4 H1 approval letter with new date. She said it is a clerical mistake probably.

BTW - I saw your EB1 485 is still pending - I’m in the same boat. Do you know if your case moved to FO?

@david K its still at NBC didnt move to any FO. i was thinking it was a clerical mistake as well but wasnt sure.

@jag A It was moved to FO once but as per Emma back to NBC

does it take longer to attend to cases moved to FO?

hey @jag A - Exact same thing happened to me. my I-140 was REAPPROVED by removing my earlier recaptured PD and updating with more recent date. Then they Rejected my I-485 saying PD is not current.

@Sam T oh. did you have to refile?. my priority date on old and new approvals is still same. they didnt change that. Only notice date changed

@jag A my attorney called uscis and we are awaiting call back from Tier 2.
