Asylum granted finally approved after almost 7years.
it's been a long journey from 2019 Feb till March 13th 2025 when I was called for interview.I just want to encourage somebody out there not to give up hope.In due time with prayers and persistence you will pull through.I will celebrate with you too soon.There is nothing God cannot do. New card being produced march 26th 2025

I had interview March 17
then tracking says “pending decision’
and yesterday changed to “application pending” I don’t know what’s the meaning . thanks

@Lilo Pelekai Yes I did sue and they called me for an interview amd less than 2 weeks I got the approval letter and then new work authorization

Yes I trust you all be encouraged that they are still giving green card even now.When it's your time its yours,it could be frustrating and tiresome but in due time and with action it will come

When processing the work permit, on the submission date or the date the USCI sent the document. For example, I submitted it on December 20, but USCI didn't respond until January 15.
