I-485J approved but no update on I-485
My I-485J was approved yesterday, but there is no status update on my I-485 case and it's still showing fingerprints. Emma told me my I-485 was transferred to denver field office 1 week ago. Is the I-485J approval an indication of I-485 approval? I saw other cases got both approved on the same day. #485 #485J

Child Age Out
Would it be a possibility that USCIS has an internal prioritization system that deliberately delays adjudication of I-140 cases for those with children who are about to age out, to protect them? It makes sense if USCIS does this given the sluggish movements of Visa Bulletin and the fact that the child’s CSPA age freezes once I-140 is submitted until it’s adjudicated. Does anyone have any experience to share?

Has anyone experienced a similar timeline? I didn’t submit a medical exam with my I-485 application. Is traveling abroad with just the combo card sufficient to re-enter the U.S., or should I also bring approved notices?

Random Lawfully app notification
Hello,
My EB1A based I485 was approved back in April and my card was delivered back in May 2024. Recently I opened Lawfully and it said there is a notification status update on my case. Looking at Uscis case status website, there doesn't seem to be any update on my case.
has anyone experienced such random updated on Lawfully, and what that may be about?

I just want to tell you guys. I already applied for I 751 and got extension letter for 48months and in a process.. my husband left me and moved out of state and our lease is up. I'm not eligible to take over the lease and he refused to resign so he basically left me on the street .. I asked him to resign that I can pay for rent because I have a full time job and don't have any friends or family here. . nothing..I contacted lawyers because his sister is my sponsor...so the answer from lawyers? it doesn't matter they are your sponsors.. because they can hire the lawyer and withdrawal themselves from the case. technically they are your sponsors but you can't do nothing. so I have a job in the city that I have no friends or family.. I've been told that I should not push them or I can be denied. I have nowhere to go and can do nothing.. like literally nothing..funny..be careful out there
