The others day I signed in to website I’ve seen like check on step 3 (Interview) is complete, but I didn’t have any interview, and just is missing check for 4 (case approved or decline) Someone knows, what’s going on?

hey my all RNs ,plz i have a question .Is nurses schedule A category is a seperate category and treat different or is it under employment category skilled ? my hosp sponsored me PD july 7 2023 got i 140 approved in june 2024.waiting for i 485 to open. i am confused whats the point of a seperate nurse schedule A category? anyone who can answer or any RNs here thats in same boat with me.

hi everyone I got an RFIE for the form I-864, because me and my husband previously submitted the I-864EZ, and they said that we don’t qualify for that we have to use the I-864 they are asking to submit the form and supporting documents. the letter also showed steps in case we want to add a joint sponsor. now my question is should I add a joint sponsor or just submit what they are asking for and wait for the response, then go from there? PS he makes more than enough to meet their criteria. anybody in the same situation?
