we received an email a week ago saying there's an update on our case when we check there's nothing, any suggestions?

ask to a live agent through Emma! I got the same message two days ago, I asked today and the agent told me that my case was transferred to my field office and an officer was assigned to review my case 🙏🏽 if you have the luck to get a nice agent sometimes they can help with your questions. good luck!
