time for Mandamus
any reasonable/cheap Mandamus lawyers in the USA? need help on my pending Vawa since 2020.
I took a help of congressman and my lawyer, they both sent inquiry and reply came back with saying “Security check pending”. is it still worth to go for Mandamus when security check is pending since years.

Hey everybody need some motivation and some prayers I am at work and just got two emails stating action was taken on my case and I logged in and check to see that an interview was scheduled for my I130 and I485. I am excited to see that they are finally doing something on my case but question for anyone who has done the interview what kind of questions do they ask in the interview please an advised is welcomed

I obtained Medicaid for pregnancy while my marriage-based residency application was pending. I lost the baby, which caused health issues that required medical tests, and to this day, they are planning to perform uterine surgery on me they didn’t take the decision yet. This happened almost or year ago i got my conditional GC on December 2024, My Medicaid insurance is still active. When it comes to removing the conditions on my residency, will having that medical insurance cause any problems? What do you recommend?

I chatted to live agent through Emma and I was told continue to wait for your case to be approval. and it’s been pending since August. does that mean it’s going to be approved/reviewed soon ? No timeline was provided. As per my field office it’s 2 years but I waited to file my i485 until the PD became current.

anyone of you got an approval for i485 and your PD is July 2022?
i have not received anything since the last update on August last year which is case pending due to unavailability of visa number. I asked my lawyer and she made an inquiry about my case-which I'm not sure if it is going to help out. I saw some posts of approval where their PD is October 2022 and I'm worried about mine.
If you have an approval around that timeline, could you share your timeline and experience?

Can I filed for C9 category EAD if I don't have an I-94 ? I already filed a I-360, I-765, I-485 the lawyer who took my money and send back my documents have told me he filed C31 category which means my I-360 would have to be approved first. it's been over an year now but I haven't received not even a PF and it's 17 months now since I've filed. can anyone help me out on here?
