@heart kim if the PD is current. they have to respond to your request in 30 business day. this helps to move the case and put them in queue for decision at FO/NBC otherwise it may stuck if it is overlooked by staff.

@v b my case is outside nomal processing as well as current for long time PD : June 2022 ROW. rasied SR through customer support on April 7th, on 15th received email from FO. its benn ove 500 days Response from FO : Due to workload factors not related to your application, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner. We assure you that we are working to complete adjudication of your application as quickly as available resources allow. If you have not received notice of further action within 90 days of this response, please feel free to submit a new request to the USCIS Contact Center for additional assistance.

@Deependra chaudhary its so sad to hear your long wait with the case pending. which FO is yours? i heard lot of staff leaving dept after no WFH and no more flexibile timings. Did you think of filing writ of mandamus (WOM)

@v b i called uscis and Agent raised service request on behalf of me on April 7th also I reached out to my seneator office same day and on April 17th i got reply from Field office regarding service request i raised. today i got reply from senator office to fill out some form and they will reach out to USCIS. I will wait for 30 more days before I reach out to senator office with info they asked. i dont want and kind of retaliation since FO replied to me to wait for 90 days.
