what was the SR about?

my case was transferred to a field office from NBC, so i created a SR on 4/28 about not reveiving transfer notice, to which uscis responded today

They don’t often send out transfer notices, so it’s ok that you didn’t receive one. They are basically saying that your case is being reviewed normally, and that within 90 days they expect to give you a desision, and/or that they’d like you not bother them within those 90 days. so their response doesn’t actually give much data, it’s just a standard response equivalent to “it all seems ok and you have to wait”

nope, transferred on 4/18

How did you raise an SR via contacting Emma as I believe you are not outside normal processing time.

@D King - we can create a SR for non delivery of notice

i created a SR for that, not for case outside normal processing window

to that SR, i got response from USCIS field office via email as mentioned in the body of this post
