I-131 We finally got a receipt notice
Weird that the Advance Parole was not processed together with EAD but now we have to wait. Anyone on the same boat waiting for this one to get approved? What is the next step? Do you need to get biometrics done again?Estimated Processing time is 10 months on USCIS website but with the new administration who knows how accurately the time could be.

Hello everyone, we had an interview on January 16, and it went well. The officer requested two more documents before making a decision. However, I haven’t received any updates since then. I’ve also applied for a work permit along with my application, but I haven’t received any updates regarding the work permit either. anyone feedback would help me thanks.

Finally an update after 11 months. Interview Waived.
Finally after 11 months, I got an update today January 22, 2025. Current Status: Case being actively reviewed by USCIS. They waived my interview, and asked an RFE to upload online: my passport page with the visa I used to enter the US and a copy of my most recent i-94 to arrive at a case decision. I also noticed the receipt notice is from the local USCIS office and no longer from the NBC. I hope this is good news. What could be the most probable to happen next?
