Hi! I got an email saying “we’ve taken action on your case” yesterday for my I-130 but I see nothing here or online, may be a glitch? Thank you

I 130 approved December 2024 and I 485 pending concurrently filling

we filled I 130 and I 485 together. now it’s 735 days and I’m still waiting I 485 to get approved. is that normal ?

Initial H1b timeline Texas

I submitted the initial H1b to the Texas Center in September, but no progress has been made so far. Is there anyone in the same situation as me?

my N400 application was showing an estimated time for 2 weeks but now it says Your case is taking longer than we previously estimated, but it is within normal processing times.does anyone had the same experience? thank you

how long after i485 interview based on approved vawa did you get a decision? i think my interview went well but did not get a decision after the interview

Second interview?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone here have their green card interview before going to work for your sponsor? And will get a second interview due to the retrogression? i was lucking enough to get an interview before getting an ead, but due to retrogression I have to wait for a decision. Now i have heard that people in the same timeline are getting interview, so I was wondering if it would be possible that I am gonna get a second interview, or uscis are only require me to send in some proofs? thanks in advance to anyone who replied

EB3 - No Update / Anyone in the same boat?

Му ЕBЗ ROW priority date is 08/30/2022, and my 1-485 receipt date is 07/03/2023. The I-485J and RFE for Bith Certificate and Supplement J were received on 03/12/2024, and my current status remains pending. My I-140, EAD, and AP were approved back in early July 2024. Despite being current for 7-8 months, there's been no progress on my case. It's frustrating to see the visa bulletin dates moving forward when older applications like mine remain unprocessed.

hi everyone! I never thought I would be making this post, but want to share my timeline as a way to help other gauge their wait times and potential upcoming decisions. I finally got approved, please see the timeline attached but yesterday we got the letter showing my I-130 was approved under my wife’s USCIS account and today I saw the I-485 approval on my account. we did have an RFE and responded within a month or receipt. initial submission was May 18, 2023. Realistically how long will this take?

Just been following along and it’s all confusing. they’ll do a few cases then add more. Just figure maybe some in here could paint a clearer picture. My wife is pregnant 6 weeks so we’re trying to figure out if we can go back to her home country Thailand as we have more family to help with the kids(have one other). I know you can apply for the temp travel but heard that takes awhile as well. been 156 days so far and we sent to Chicago.
