Cual es mi fecha de prioridad?
Mi i130 tiene fecha de prioridad del 31/diciembre/2019 y fue aprobada en 29/abril/2021, y mi i485 tiene fecha de 22/febrero/2022, entonces que fecha la importante? quiero saber si ya paso mi fecha en el boletín de visas desde el 2019 o tengo que esperar a que abarque la fecha del 2022?

When should we expect an update? we have updated the petition a few months ago from PR to Citizen, we just feel like it isn’t moving. Just had approved in a few days my renewal for work authorization through asylum, but I feel like the family petition it’s just stuck.

Got tired from long wait for EB2 final action date
I have an approved I-140 EB2-NIW, with priority date of June 9, 2023.
My priority date has become current for filing in October 2024, and I filed I-485 and did biometrics and got my EAD card.
My priority date is still 2 months behind the final action date (Final Action date is April 1, 2023). Predictions say that the movement in the coming bulletins will be very little or there might be even retrogression.
Therefore, I’m thinking about filing I-140 EB1-A, which is current for filing and action for my country.
Any thoughts or advice on whether to wait for my turn for EB2 or file EB1-A?

Don’t think and just forget about GC then your turn will come to you very soon. i filed it by myself without lawyer but when i received RFE, i hired lawyer to response to make sure that response is prompt and accurate for not delaying.
i have filed 2023.sep. it was NBC FO was Guam.
mine was based on marriage green card ,inside us and valid status in us.
p.s i-131 didn’t appove.

Address change 2 days before green card was mailed
So I am in the process of moving and they accepted my green card out of the blue! I changed my address as soon as I saw the notification. AR-11 was completed and I even spoke to an officer who confirmed that it was updated on the system the next day.
Card was mailed 2 days after address change.
Big question: where will my card go? (They couldn’t give me a tracking number)
what is going with my case
On July 4, 2024, my VAWA (I-360) was approved, and I received my visa. However, last month, my I-360 status changed from ‘Card Delivered’ to ‘Correspondence Received and USCIS is Reviewing It.
Before that, I received an update on my I-485 stating that my case was transferred from Vermont to the National Benefits Center, with the update indicating that a new office now has jurisdiction over my case.
I’ve noticed that many people with the same timeline as mine have already received their green cards. What do you recommend I do in this situation?

i am soo exhausted mentally!! i have sent 3 inquiry one was through congressman and all generated reply and they want me to wait for another 120 days. The last one my husband sent was 1/7/25 and no reply yet. i am thinking of applying for AP how long will it take me? i need to visit my sick mom . its been 10 years and i came in with F1 visa

PD on i485 through i360.
what happens after my i360 with deferred actions expires after 4 years and GC is not issued? What would be my next steps? My PD is Aug 2022, how long do y’all think it would take to be current? I saw that there was a 8 month backlog which is makes some ppl like myself lose hope.

I sent My I 140 form 390 days ago and still no answer .But the problem is visa bulletin is not moving ,I want to ask one question to everyone .
Should I stay in USA and waiting visa bulletin or should I do consular processing go back my country ,see my family spend time with my family ,do something with my life .Because I feel like I am stuck here forever .I am trying to find solution .Last 2 year I didn’t feel visa bulletin is moving ….Visa bulletin is not moving ,I am trying keep my legal status and at the same time I am trying to survive here no family and nothing..
priority date
on my vawa approval notice, they have my priority date as Dec 2017. I initially filed i 130 in December 2017 but then I withdrew my case and file for vawa August 2021 and it was approved August 2024, they requested medical in December and it's sent it in January. I was married to a LPR, do they use the priority date on my approval notice to grant me a GC because basically a visa is current for me base on that priority date.
