actually, my friend is also waiting for 485j approved, and he got RFE, just because of your 485j not approved, uscis touched your case, i think.

The response to RFE was sent to NBC. I changed jobs and the state of the job last year (never worked with my initial employer) and filed i485j (which has not been approved yet). I sent case inquiry both myself and through senator. only heard back through senator but it was a generic response and so I made my mind that I had to wait. I also filed to renew my i765 and i131 earlier this year (none have been approved yet) so maybe that was a factor idk

also both my and dependent were approved

I am happy for you guys ,I have still time for I -485 but for now I just need approval for my I -140 🥹

my pd is January 6th 2021 in NBC I have not heard anything can i apply for e-request??

i did e-request over 30 days ago but still nothing
