I’ve checked the API and got a “update on 05/06/2025 and FTA0 code on the day i got the action was taken email….

I am 09306, 59 days, no updates, still in NBC.

just got an update from my lawyer that our interview in field office is now scheduled for next week… Emma still says that case is in NBC and no updates on online account…

yeah, I lot of people are getting interviews rn EB1. You should be approved soon after it

I submitted 485 in EB1A category 03/03/2025 boliometrics : 0;/01/2025 no update after that MSC0929

I had an API update on 765 nothing on 485. Timeline is same as yours submitted in Feb under EB1A category

i submitted on 17th Feb biometric 3rd March no update neither 765 nor 485

mine was just a date change of last update date , no other events.. it's been almost 48 hours.

@sanju panda my lawyer sent me an email stating that there was a appointment available at my FO, minutes later i got the email from USCIS action… probably they got a text message or email right before…
