USCIS System Biometric reschedule problem
Hi ,
I have experience an issue when I try to reschedule my biometric appointment according to I797C online.
but it seems that every time I enter the appointment info and press “next” to find the appointment, the system is not responding . it worked well before this and I have seen the other available slot for this appointment.
anyone experience the same issue ?
btw just a side question, does each appointment have two chance to reschedule?

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has
Jurisdiction TWICE IN 1 year
hello,
I filed i360 as a widow in march 2023, received an update that Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has
Jurisdiction in May 2024. they asked for Rfe one month later, since I replied the RFE in Nov 2024,
in March 2025 I received another update about transferring my case to a new office, again.
Has anyone encountered this situation before? mine is not VAWA and I cannot find many relative posts here. it’s been so hopeless to wait for the decision, especially my attorney haven’t filed i485 for me yet.

Hello House, please has anyone ever experienced this after my interview with My Husband The consulate told us I’d get back to you in two weeks but on the same day, they sent us another interview date on the same day for this match. The last interview was in February and they asked us to come again this March has anyone ever experienced this before?

I have got an email that says "we have taken an action" but when I signed in, nothing has been updated.
this happened few months (3-4month) ago as well but nothing updated and I got another & same email but there is no updated. does anyone have same or similar experience?
Final Update
So I am writing this from work as this will be my final update so as you know I went to my interview yesterday with my husband and by the grace of God today I got the email saying action was taken on your case and when I opened the acct I saw that both my I130 and I485 have been APPROVED. Thanks be to GOD. just keep the faith people and good luck 🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉
