Hello need your help please.
I was married and had applied for a change of status and Green card in August 2022.
I was still in the process of applying for a divorce. I haven't touched my l130 and l485 in my file and I sent my VAWA file to the beginning of March 2025 with a request to renew my EAD (expires in June).
What will happen now? Will they cancel my l130 and l485 applications for 2022? Will they renew my EAD? I haven't received anything yet.
Interview Scheduled Notice
We are so happy today we woke up to a action been taken in my husband i130. finally since our PD is August 04, 2023. when we checked it says Interview been scheduled and notice been mailed. how long until we found out the date? and to anybody that had done interviews what’s your recommendation for what to take?
we been together almost 5 years, married almost 3.
we have 3 kids, 2 from my previous relationship and one daughter together that will be 2 soon. we do and have everything together. we love pictures so we have amazing cool family pictures since we take alot of vacations and gataways,, life insurance, medical insurance, joint taxes, I own my home before we married, but everything else is together like car insurance, joint bank accounts. not sure what to gather to take with us.
any help is appreciated, we waited for so long and want to make sure we don’t miss anything?
it’s recommended to take the our kids or no?

any similar case timeline? do you have any updates? where are they working right now? saw some september 2024..
