@M Sakeef @SC_JN 97 I’m not sure but last Visa Bulletin they didn’t increase much. That shows it probably will not increase much in the coming months. My guess is it may have to wait until the first quarters of FY 2026

My PD is April 22. Not sure how long is my wait!? Tired of waiting for so long.

@Wating Forever February march and April of 2022 have a lot of eb-3 unskilled applications. so, don’t expect it go so much quicker or you will be highly disappointed. 2021 is moving fast because the number of applications in 2021 is fewer

@LEE Xpress I just want to be able to file for i485 and EAD. It’s getting hard to maintain my legal status 😭

@Wating Forever I understand the pain man. this is super hard , especially considering the current circumstances. English as a second language course is little easy as tuition is not much

people are current for more thsn a year and they haven’t received anything so dont be to excited is going to be the same no matter what current or not

@LEE Xpress Thank you! Techincally all the 2021 cases should have their i485 filed so they should at least move the date for filing to get into the mid 2022. Not sure why USCIS is holding this up 😞

@PD Current even if current, some countries have approached or riches their 7% gap limit, so they stuck!
