Fastest way for my gf to come to the US to live and work after marriage
I’m a GC holder living in the US planninig on marring my gf living in Brazil. What’s our best option to be together. Option 1) applying for GC in Brazil 2) she comes to the US on a student visa then OPT then AOS 3) we both move to Mexico or Canada while going through consular processing and I fly to the US for work recurrently 4) another option I might not be aware of?

Hi, we filed 06/22 but yet to receive anything. I-130 concurrent filing. is anyone experiencing same? in Dallas, TX. I check everyday yet still under review. I have tried expediting over the phone citing financial distress by making a call to UCIS in October and was told I’ll hear back in and received an email in December saying my case for expediting request isn’t serious enough as they have alot of cases. Is this because I didn’t submit medical when submitting? it’s very difficult for me right now as I’m just exhausted

From the bottom of my heart I can only advise you: if you’re going through consular processing, don’t wait to schedule your appointment for the medical exam❗️As soon as you get your welcome letter you should make that appointment asap! Waiting times are CRAZY and in most cases you don’t need your interview invitation letter until the actual appointment for the exam takes place - so make the examination appointment sooner than later! 🙏🏽You don’t want this to be the thing holding you back timewise.
