Yes got EAD in Feb 2022 and travel in Oct 2022. I had submitted my medical with initial application. Got RFE for I-130 in Nov and waiting now.

@Eve S. i think I got April 1st ... like my case is transferred to FO and it is good time now to send medical or addition documents if you want to.. if you already send medical and sufficient docs no action is required... you got similar email ? I saw some people got approved after that email yesterday
