Hi, we filed 06/22 but yet to receive anything. I-130 concurrent filing. is anyone experiencing same? in Dallas, TX. I check everyday yet still under review. I have tried expediting over the phone citing financial distress by making a call to UCIS in October and was told I’ll hear back in and received an email in December saying my case for expediting request isn’t serious enough as they have alot of cases. Is this because I didn’t submit medical when submitting? it’s very difficult for me right now as I’m just exhausted

mine its been 225 days no EAD NOTHING, i havent sent my medical either but my lawyer told me to wait until they ask for it. my pd is 09/06/22… im frustrated as well FO: NBC

@Aya Lon I put in en expedite request for the 2nd time on Friday. first time on Oct but they responded in Dec to say case not urgent enough. Hopefully this time around I hear back faster. Also planning on writing our congressman

@hope hope try again! I see so many people who tried 3/4 times…Especially if you can prove financial hardship that sounds like it’s affecting your situation. ask the person you speak to that “can you send over documentation of support” if they don’t mention it. The person I spoke to the first time never asked and I had a couple of supporting document and didn’t know it would help since I wasn’t asked until I saw here that many applicants who are approved fax theirs in.

Fingers crossed 😩😩…It’s frustrating!! Getting by by constantly being in gratitude mode and remembering any and everything I’m grateful for and tell myself, it could always be worse 😭

@Pepertua A my next step in congressman! i tried to expedite my 765 they said is under review and gonna have a decision or notice soon… im going crazy i just wanna work! 😭😭😭 how soon is soon? 😭😭😭

i tried to expedite a month ago and fax the docs after they emailed me. till nos no update. tried to expedite thru congress last friday but i guess the caseworker isnt working on it. called them today and the person answered he said he didnt know what the CW is at now and wait for CW email.
