what’s the reason for your expedite?

same thing happened to me, but no approval 😕 did u find approval in document section?

I am assuming it’s for the baby that wasn’t born yet when your wife went through the process. Hopefully everything works out super fast for you guys!

@A O So thats what happens to my case , when i filed i-130 for my wife she were pregnant and i included a paper from the hospital as a proof of pregnancy, so they send me RFE bona fide marriage and ask about the child , I submitted all documents for the child with the RFE then after they approved the petition I noticed that they didn’t include the child in the nvc process i called USCIS and told them my story, the USCIS tols me i have to choices either they will get the file back from NVC and do all that and i’ll takes 180days or File a new i-130 for the child and call get it expedited , after i hanged with them i filled i-130 for the child online then called and expedited the same day i filled the petition, 6 days after expedite approved under urgent humanitarian & uscis erorr.

i knew ppl tried to expedite thier child petition after the same my situation but they got denied for the expedite because they didn’t include pregnancy letter probably!

@rauf Abdul I did and they verified that by requesting child birth certificate. and when i expedite the agent told me if they verify that , then they will check agian and approve it, so i think you should speak with a lawyer. @rauf Abdul
