thanks for all the advice. priority date May 2022 and i130 got approved April 24 2023. field office Long Island New York. can anyone help with when to expect I485. if no interview for i130, could there be a separate interview alone for the beneficiary? thank you again for your thoughts on next steps
Pending I-140 application
Hi everyone, asking on behalf of someone. He applied for the Eb2 NIW 1-140 application, at the Texas service center back in November 2020., until now, no update from USCIS. Please it is normal? is anyone also in this type of situation or that applied around that same time with their application still pending?
