tourist visa to visit my wife
Hey Guys my wife is US citizen and currently she’s living alone. i am applying I-130 last year sep 2022. my question is thats am I applying visit visa to see my wife.How much chances to get visa.
Please let me know guys if anyone having Experience

it depends on your embassy. mine denies tourist visas for almost everyone, especially fiancé or marriage because they think you will go and overstay your visa. but maybe if you have good enough reason like medical excuse or something similar they will approve it so there’s no harm in trying if you can afford it

I wanted my husband to come on visit visa as well but consultant told us that they won't give visa as his i130 is pending. we are currently waiting for interview.

hacking law on YouTube says that they might not give you a visa and even if you do get visa they might turn you away at the port of entry if they know you have a wife in the country good luck! hope you get to be together soon

my wife is a us citizen as well i apply fir tourist plus business visa i got appointment date 6 december my i 130 is still. pending .for i130.approvel the website was showing 11 months and its been 5 months already and 11 months will be complete before my interview date for tourist visa i feel.like i just waste the visa fees

no visa ESTA(VWP) option for you to visit your wife? my husband has come to visit me in the US several times through the entire process, as my fiance, for our wedding here, and after as my husband, all using ESTA
