Pending I-140 application
Hi everyone, asking on behalf of someone. He applied for the Eb2 NIW 1-140 application, at the Texas service center back in November 2020., until now, no update from USCIS. Please it is normal? is anyone also in this type of situation or that applied around that same time with their application still pending? Also, open to advice if there is anything that can be done. #tsc #i-140
