I130/I485 Expedite
Has anyone had any luck with expediting I130/I485? I’m currently employed and being able to travel is a critical part of my job. I received my AP some time ago, but I don’t want to risk it and travel using AP. My employer asked multiple times when I will be able to travel again, but I obviously can’t tell when that’s going to be. My company offered writing a letter to USCIS to expedite, but I’m not sure how that works. Anyone?

When is my receipt date?
California received my I-129F application on August 12th, 2022. They transferred it to Vermont on January 19th, 2023. Is my receipt date August or January?
Just wanting to know timeline expectations. I got a notice to do biometrics (I am the petitioner) in February 2023 and I have completed that. According to the USCIS website, I cant inquire about my case until January 2025 (if I enter receipt date of August 2022) but then its June 2025 if I enter receipt date of January 2023.
interview cancelled status after USCIS interview
Hi everyone, my wife and I had USCIS interview on March 20th at Philadelphia office and officer was great and he stated he will be approving our case since he doesn’t see any issues with our case. it’s been month and we haven’t received anything. on USCIS portal it’s showing interview canceled status, when I called USCIS helpline to check the status rep said my case is in process. does anyone have similar experience? any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

How long inbetween Greencard and EAD?
Hey all, just wanted to ask what your experiences were with how long it took you to get approved after receiving your EAD cards? Also I’m supposed to be going to a wedding outside the US in August, is that something within the realms of possibility or should I just make peace with not going?

Hello everyone,
I just want to advise those who have got their interview waived to be really prepared when the time to remove condition will reach because you guys will have a combo interview- which means a very deep interview- Collect all your evidences from day 1- and if you apply for Naturalization at the same time, you will have that as well. Interviews waiver are good but it's very tricky.
