@cristian aguilera please how many days did they give you to stay outside the USA for the expedited advance parole? And how long did it take you to hear from them after filing?

@la la he didn’t apply for emergency which is for few days only. He applied for expedite normal AP so it’s valid for 2 years

@la la USCIS website says min.8 months but I see people getting it way longer than 8 months unfortunately

@la la I filed on March 6 and request expedite on April 13th , April 14 the expedite were approved, on April 28th case was approved and document was produced the same day , according to my lawyer it can be for up to a year for multiple entries , I don’t have my hands in b the document yet

@la la for what I understand when you tried to expedite it goes for the original application

it wasn’t an emergency advance parole , it was an expedite on the process for my application

@cristian aguilera I submitted expedite letter and proof on Tuesday, they received it next day Wednesday, it’s Friday and still no update. How could you get approved the next day??

your request needs to get approved first

@cristian aguilera I know but my point is, they didn’t even open my letter yet but received it on Wednesday so how come you got approved right next day?

@la la I got my document in hand , it’s valid for one year and multiple entries

@Miroslava Kurtova lawyer send it by email , it did show received the same day it was sent , request approved the next day and case approved 2 weeks later
