i130 is approved we are currently at nvc dq
my question is, if my husband got a tourist visa on march 2023 and he is here right now can we change to adjust of status, I wouldn’t like him to leave, the line in Mexico is too long, I would like to know if there would be any problems since it’s his first time coming here, we got married a year and a month ago, thanks for the reponses

I-130 California Cases Satuts
has any cases from January to February 2022 got approved recently. I have been waiting over 14 months and tomorrow will be 15 which that’s new Timeline for California. this is extremely frustrating and exhausting. I really need some advice on what to do. I have sent an inquiry back in March now it is telling me to wait until October. please Help

Is it happening to someone aside me? I360 approved, SS received in August, So we submitted I485 in September, it was mailed back to us for a new update. So, lawyer refilled and submtd in December, since then till now, nothing, not even receipt number to track. what's going on please ?

we sent RFE documents back in February 2022 and it says that “they WILL review” does this mean they haven’t even started the review process and does anyone know what I can do to expedite the process. I don’t have any expedite circumstances that they have on their site but it’s been 2+ years and our travel document is about to expire !
