even though I live in Minneapolis, Mn , I got the medical RFE and bona fide marriage for 1-130 from Des Moines, IA on feb 8, 2023. submitted both on Feb 10, they marked received on Feb 10 for 1-130 since I uploaded it on Uscis portal and 1-130 approved on feb 15, and Feb 14 they marked to have received medical and then nothing, I called and they said I have to wait 60 days and day 63 I called an inquiry and 9 days later I-485 approved.

Minneapolis office. I submitted my aplication on march 2021. I got my interview on Dec 12th 2022… AOS… 5 months. I haven’t received anything so far… I’m still waiting for my green card.
I did 2 inquiries but they said your case
I’m processing in normal time. thinking to do MANDAMUS.

@Zhar KS it was ok!! a lot of questions.. my inyerview taken probably 45 minutes.. she said everything is good ! guys you will get a letter notice in a month… but nothing yet… so still waiting!!

@Zhar KS actually I’m thinking to sue them MANDAMUS… I don’t know how effective is this option!! I’ve seen that so many people doing this …

yes 🙌 @Zhar KS I’ve got my green card on my hands… thanks God and thank you guys for all suppport… they just approved my case… I was going to sue them but I didn’t…
