Is it possible for ds-260 to be submitted even if out of filing date?
I am in the process of paying visa fee stage. After I pay the fee, ceac will open the ds260 page for me to write relevant infomation. is It possible for ds260 to be document qualified? I know It can not be processes after P4 because visa bulletin is closed.
I just wonder if I submit my ds260 although out of filing date so that my ds260 is dq before P4

Interview Approved but emailed 221g 😖
Hi everyone,
My husband went to his interview on April 26th in Guangzhou. Everything went smoothly. He received a document stating he was approved and that we would receive his passport in two- three weeks. Two hours later, we received an email from the embassy saying our visa has been refused based on 221g. They asked for all the information on the document DS 5535 but we just needed to submit in a word document. We submitted the document the next day. Anyone in a similar situation? We have plans to move in July but we are worried this process can ruin that plan. Any Advice? 😭

applying for Asylum while waiting for AOS
I’ve applied for AOS under EB3 unskilled catogery my PD is March 2021. because of retrogression and uncertainty of this visa category I am exploring another options.unfortunately, war has erupted in my home country and my family fled thier home and there is no sign that fighting will stop soon. Is this would be a valid reason for asylum, if yes usually how long an asylum application takes this days. I am planning to contact a lawyer just want get an ideas before doing this step
