EAD expedite denied finally after 2 months of waiting and initial expedite was from Dec 2022.
My expedite request was sent in December 2022 and submitted evidence in January but I heard nothing back for months so I raised an inquiry in March which triggered me to send in my docs again. Silence again and then I finally got my denial email saying can’t they me out of normal processing them. it’s been 9 months already and it’s getting exhausting. they won’t let me expedite again and say losing my job doesn’t meet the criteria. that’s bogus.
I-485 Long waiting time
Hello all.
Hope you all have been progressing well in our GC journey.
I have got my fingerprints taken March 2022 and got my case transferred from NBC to NJ FO in April 2022.
Then I received RFE on my past travel history, no medical.
I haven't heard back on my RFE status ever since but I managed to break through Emma and get an email response back from USCIS stating that my case is still under review.
Does RFE on non medical documents usually take up more time to process?
I would love to know if anyone has had the similar experience..
Wish you all a speedy approval! #I-485 #gc #rfe
I765 I130 approved (EAD combo card I512 is processing)
I received approval for my EAD/combo I512 card, which states that I can travel abroad.
1. Does that mean I can travel out of US and return? If yes, do I have to travel with my husband (citizen) as a sponsor?
2. Sicne I130 and I131 got approved, does that mean we don’t have to conduct interviews with USCIS anymore?

485 case was transferred right after RFE
Hi,
I received 485 RFE on 4/19 (Nebraska, but received RFE from the Alaska field office).
And I got a notice that my application was transferred to the National Benefits Center on 4/20. (1 day later?!)
I tried to call USCIS to clarify my situation but couldn't get to the agents (couldn't get over the AI agent).
Should I respond to the Alaska field office, or need to wait for another response from NBC?

Finally approved !
Today I checked the app and noticed both 130 & 485 got approved ! It was unexpected but I am very thankful. I wish everyone a fast & easy journey.
My process was taken care of by a lawyer, which I’m very grateful for her as well :)

case waived twice but no decision yet!
please share your experience on this matter.
My interview was waived in October 2022 and April 2023 and being reviewed. What does it mean?
Thank you all.

helppp
so I did my i693 and they sent another request for evidence based on my hepatitis B vaccine not being on there. my question is how many does do I really need because I’m reading and it says it’s given in 3 separate dosage. the first 1 is done then another is needed a month after and then the final dose is 6 months after. my question is do they accept record of just the first dose or do I have to get the first 2 first before submitting the medical to them again
Time to approval after RFE
Hi everyone, my case status was just updated to “Request for Evidence was received”. My case is with the Fresno field office. I was wondering what people’s experience is with the timeline to approval lately.
