such a stressful journey with I 751 waiver. I submitted my file on July 2020 to NBC…Still awaiting for an interview. This July I’ll complete 5 years in total being in USA.

Were you interviewed after you filled a waiver? I might be filling for a divorce but have a pending 1-751, how do I go about the waiver application? It would be 5 years in July since I’ve been on a conditional permanent residency. Would filling a waiver further delay my case? Kindly advise please. thanks 🙏🏾
