I was told my case was approved and on February 9th, 2023 I saw the approval notice. the agent told me that in 2 wells I will get my card in the mail. I’ve been waiting for 3 months already and my I-485 still says waiting for an interview. does anyone has the same problem? how do I contact someone from immigration to talk to? 😞

I recently received an I-797 about my I-485 being moved to NBC from Texas on March 10. Do you think it can get approved soon?
What’s the experience for NBC waiting times so far?
Edit: biometrics and medical exams were submitted last year
Update from NVC
I filed fiancé visa for my partner, we got our approval in March, and we got notice saying the case has been transferred to NVC. I have been checking NVC and still no update. I made an inquiry with NVC and they still said they have not received anything from USCIS. Does anyone else know how long it takes to get a response from NVC after the initial approval?
Mandamus LITIGATION
Hey, everyone I filed my i-485 and i-130 Jan 2021, went for interview Jan 2022 and USCIS sent me RFE and I responded, but I guess I missed two things they asked for which was my IRS Tax transcript, which I mistakenly sent 1040 tax return and also my son medical record, so my I-485 got DENIED. I showed my Lawyer he said USCIS just denied my case for nothing ridiculous and he said the best case scenario is to File LITIGATION from Federal High Court that we will get a reply from them within 30-60 days. So we got a reply from USCIS and they reopened my case and sent NOID asking for the samething my Tax Transcript and my son's medical record and I have sent it to them. So I want to ask how long do yall think it will take for USCIS to get back to me and will they take case my quick and reply my case faster based on the fact that I Filed LITIGATION from FEDERAL HIGH COURT on them.
Marriage based AOS approved a couple of weeks ago but just received emailed about making an online account today
Green card was approved and received a couple of weeks ago but just today received an email from USCIS about creating an online account. Emails reads “our records show that you recently submitted a form to USCIS via mail. We are processing your form.” I’m assuming this is a mass email sent because I never made an online account and I should probably disregard but has this happened to anyone before?
