Hello! can someone help me. My daughter’s case still pending. It is concurrent filing. PD May 18,2022 . Her i-765 just got approved last April 27,2023.
i-132 has still no action since.
RFE response for i-485 was sent October 13, 2022. It says USCIS begun reviewing it. On April 27th it it says again, that they received the response and will review it.
any idea how long should i wait for the i-131 and i-485?

Hello all,
According to this website poverty guidelines showd to sponsor for 2 is enough if we provide 25,650 annually. Does anyone in this group who provided exactly $25-28k yearly to sponsored his/herspouse on NVC and got visa approved. I really need an answer cause my yearly income is around this much. I am worried if I need joint sponsorship or not?

Conditional green card with extension pending 10 years card
Has anyone experienced any issue traveling outside the country with expired 2years conditional green card and letter of extension. I have been blessed to travel to a few countries outside of the us with these documents with no issues, however i recently went on a quick short reunion trip with old highschool friends in Vancouver BC, this will be my second time in Canada, on my way back to USA after my trip the officer at the airport asked me pretty standard questions and then proceeded to excort me back to the waiting room to be questioned further this really freaked me out because i wasn’t sure why. He even asked if i have an arrest warrant, i wasn’t sure what i would be arrested for, i’ve never had any problems with the law, that just put me in a heightened stress level. I texted my husband just to let him know i was being held back for questioning, while waiting for what seems to be like forever i was finally called upon and he started asking about my home address, what i do for a living, what school did i attend, who did i meet up with in Vancouver and then finally asked me my husband’s name. At the end he let me go but i still don’t know what warranted that.
No explanation, i understand they are doing their Job but it really freaked me out. I called my husband right away freaking out, for a second i thought they would contact him, but they didn’t. I love to travel alot, actually my work entails traveling but after that experience i’m like really scared like they make come up with some rule of sort. I don’t even have the heart to even go anywhere anymore, I really hope my green card come soon. 🥺Please share your experience with immigration while traveling

it has been a long time however we submitted the additional evidence and as soon as 60 days passed I sent an inquiry, I received this as a response
“Your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of these security checks. ”
Any tips or info about this? Should I reach out to my congressman? thanks
I-751 card is being produced
Filed October 2021, LIN office, not a waiver, still married, didn't file for citizenship yet. Going to wait 5 years mark for personal reasons. In fact my husband most likely will be filling for divorce within next couple of months. Oh, well, my marriage didn't work out. I'm not the first I won't be the last. Submitted 3 years of together filed taxes, deed and mortgage for the house, lease agreement, mutual savings account statements, about 30 pictures from vacations. It was a long way for me my friends. Don't loose hope. I wish you luck everyone!
