Case Remains Pending
PD Feb 2022
I485 i765 i131 and i140 filled November 2022
i140 approved on January
case got transfered 2 months ago to NBC and Emma told that stills at NBC jurisdiction, no local FO
no EAD no AP
Friday I got Case Remaining Pending update, is that means that I won't get an interview?

@Sharad kumar that is what is written on the USCIS website, however the common knowledge is that when your case goes to CRP , that means the interview was waived.
