i filled i-130 for my daughter 05-03-2022, a year ago to be exact, I’m a green card holder
the case still showing is being actively reviewed since 05-04-2022
anyone filled their case last May and still waiting

Hi guys, who has EB 3 unskilled category that you have filled in 2022 and the status is CRP, lets make coment if you already sent the medical examination RFE.
In the May bulletin, they have a specified date of January 2020. Then free but maybe there will be some progress. 🙄
Driver's license
Hi guys, I'm starting to work for my sponsor in upcoming weeks and I just wanna ask a question "do you all who moved from your residency state to work for your sponsor changed your driver's license to the sponsor's state?". If we only temporarily working there for 1 year, do we still have to change driver's license and plate's license to the state we are working"? Thank you

And in July 2022, I received RFE non-medical.
In January 2023, I got through Emma and put a request in for a status check and the response said, 'We are still reviewing your case. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision.'
Is my timeline normal? Am I being impatient?
It's been a rough 2022 and 2023 and I need some hope..I got audited for i-140 and received a RFE for i-485..
I wish everyone's case to be smoother than mine!

After I long wait, they finally approved my case. I got transferred to the Chicago office from Salt Lake City, Ut. For the ones who recently got approved, do you know how long it takes to receive the physical card?

Hello
I received yesterday a courtesy email stating they havent received form I-693. The thing is, I sent it two weeks ago to an address that was given to me in an RFE (for a different reason) that I received back in November of 2022. I'm guessing they just now assigned the Houston field office for my case OR the service request I made 30 days ago worked and they are finally giving me an update.. I dont know what to do as this was already sent (only two weeks ago). Should I give it a few weeks and call the general USCIS line to see if they received it? or should I get ahead of the game and request another form where I got my medicals done? Anything helps! #help I-693
