i filled i-130 for my daughter 05-03-2022, a year ago to be exact, I’m a green card holder
the case still showing is being actively reviewed since 05-04-2022
anyone filled their case last May and still waiting

@Oum nafali yes my case was aprroved with i130 and i summited all the documents they requested and was also approved now am waiting for a visa interview from the consulate of my country. 🙏🏿

I filed for my 6 year old daughter , PD Jan 18th 22 . our case has been AR since October 20th 2022 and haven’t heard anything since . I tried expediting but it was denied
