I130 RFE Bona Fide Marriage Pending
Any cases approved for I130 RFE bona fide marriage pending in Harlingen, Texas ? My case has been waiting a response from USCIS since 2021 until now. I’ve already done two times for an inquiry: The first time they said “They checked my background” and the 2nd time: “We are still reviewing your case. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision”
My case status hasn’t changed anything since then.
I-140 approved
I have a pending asylum case which I filed since 2018. prior to filing this, I was on F1 status which unfortunately was terminated due to my inability pay school fees. So I filed for asylum and have started working with EAD since 2019.
Since filing the asylum in 2018, my case has not been adjudicated.
However, recently, I filed for NIW/EB2 which I got approved for luckily. Now I am supposed to file for an adjustment of status (I-485)or travel back home to go through a consular process which I think is dangerous. Applying for adjustment of status here in the US also has its own challenges because of the fear of not having a non-immigrant status at the moment and for the fear of not being sure if I accumulated unlawful presence between the time my F1 status was terminated and the time that I filed for asylum.
I am so confused right now and don't know what to do. please, has anyone been in my shoes before? If so, how did get out of the situation then?

Medicals received on May 2nd 2023, Detroit FO
Hi everyone,
Last week, I received a RFE to send My medicals I-693 to the Detroit FO.
It was marked as received today noon in my uscis account (they were delivered today in the morning).
For the Detroit fillers, when did you get approved after submitting medicals ? Was there any interview after submitting medicals?
PD date: Nov 7th 2022
No EAD no AP, regardless the four expedite requests that I made.
Regards,
After one year waiting my mom and dad finally got approved! For those who are waiting, don’t lose hope. The wait was long but it will all be worth it in the end!

Finally got approved!
Yay! I got the approval today! It took exact 2 years!
Such a big relief before an upcoming trip to my home country!
My dependent's case is still pending (Correspondence has been received status), I am not sure when it will be updated though.
Detailed timeline is here:
Oct. 12, 2022: I140 approved
Oct. 28, 2022: Case transferred to NBC
Oct. 30, 2022: Case transferred to Phoenix FO (via Emma)
Nov. 1, 2022: Case transferred to LA FO (via Emma)
Jan. 18, 2023: RFE sent by LA FO
Jan. 21, 2023: RFE received
Jan. 26, 2023: Response to RFE sent
Mar. 26, 2023: Service Request sent through Emma
Mar. 29, 2023: Correspondence received
May. 2, 2023: New card being produced.
My RFE was about the incomplete form since I missed a few security questions and my attorney didn't catch them before sending it. It was the administrative oversight. I just completed the forms and sent them back to LA FO. I waited almost 4 months to get greened!
Hope it helps. I am open to any questions:)
