honestly, at this point check the processing time for both, we when the fiancé rout and still waiting for 13 months, when it was said this would be faster (((( spause -you will be waiting maybe a bit longer, but you are all set and don’t need to pay for all ohther paperwork-like marriage in the us, changing from k 1 , and blah blah blah,

just get married and apply I-130. and you won’t have to worry about anything petition again in your life.

I think spouse is faster than fiancé now. and less headache
