hello everyone ,
i file for my I-360 last year, this has been a really long process for me, it took almost 2 years for my attorney to file , and I check my case sometimes and still the same. it just said it was received, I don’t know what to do any more, the only thing I got was a prima facie, but nothing else. can you guys please advice me of what I can do.
I need a work permit asap since I don’t have anyone to help me with my expenses. how long took you guys to get approved?
i485 processing time after non-medical rfe
Hello all.
I have been waiting over a year after my non-medical rfe regarding my travel history dating back to 2005.
I took the fingerprints April 2022 and received RFE in July 2022.
Does it usually take over a year to get a decision: interview or approval?
Everyone around me has been approved and I'm the only one who is still waiting to hear something from USCIS.
My case was transferred to NJ FO from NBC and then I received RFE from NJ FO.
If anyone has an experience of i485 and non-medical rfe please share your story to keep me sane haha..really hurting inside..

San Fernando valley office - 485 timelines
On EB1-3, PD current (Jun 21), received EAD/AP combo card in Jan’22. As per Emma agent, I was told that my case is in transit to san Fernando valley office as of 27th Apr from NBC.
Can someone pls confirm the processing timelines for this FO which is non-local to me?
Finally permanent resident.. All praise to God
After 1170 days, EAD renewal, 2 months after expiration, lost job, RFE challenge 2 pronges…. we finally get the GC …. I am grateful to the community
