hello everyone ,
i file for my I-360 last year, this has been a really long process for me, it took almost 2 years for my attorney to file , and I check my case sometimes and still the same. it just said it was received, I don’t know what to do any more, the only thing I got was a prima facie, but nothing else. can you guys please advice me of what I can do.
I need a work permit asap since I don’t have anyone to help me with my expenses. how long took you guys to get approved?

@Chichi Love yes it you r still married to your spouse an you filed vawa you get your work permit faster under C09.

@Alicia Thompson that can't be true. I'm still married, filed vawa and I-765 under c09 but haven't received anything except fingerprinting. it's been more than 6 months now
