yes they ask me for proof I send to then n the next 7 day they approve

I put expedite request for form I-485 on Jan/20/23 and they sent me a letter by mail asking for evidence which I mailed out on feb/8th .. on feb/13 I received a request for my medical which I submitted 67 days ago .. I called them few times to check if my medical received or no and they confirmed last Thursday that it received and my case was under final review that day … no decision yet so I called again today and I asked why there is no decision yet so the agent told me that my case still under process I asked about my expedite request and she said no decision has been taken yet.. so I requested a tier 2 officer call which I should receive within the next 22 days if not I’ll put another expedite request

@lil T I tried to apply for college and they said in order to pay in state tuition I need to have my GC otherwise I’ll be considered as an international student and I already passed the deadline date to apply for spring so I want to try for fall this year .. hoping to get approval soon .. I sent them by mail all evidence for this

@roro April 2022 they have been telling me my case is under final review for months now. I’m so depressed waiting forever, since 8/17/21. they ask for my medical 1-18-23 and they receive it 1/22…. nothing still. I stopped calling because I don’t believe anyone on the phone even knows what they are talking about.. you get a different story every time… best of luck to you
