still waiting?
does anyone has the same problem as me? I had my interview last February 8th, 2023. I was told my case was approved and on February 9th, 2023 I saw the approval notice. the agent told me that in 2 wells I will get my card in the mail. I’ve been waiting for 3 months already and my I-485 still says waiting for an interview. does anyone has the same problem? how do I contact someone from immigration to talk to? 😞

@a k it was the regular marriage interview. I got approved the same day.

I just talked to an Agent finally 🙌🏽 it’s so hard to get with them. Anyways, they said both cases were approved at the interview date. that it’s weird That the San Bernardino office hasn’t send me the approval notice for my I-485. so he told me he will contact the office and if I don’t receive my approval notice or a response by the May 23th. to contact them back with a reference number he just gave me. he was really nice! it feels less stressful to know that my case it’s approved and it was just a mistake on their end. so now it’s just to wait for that 🙌🏽

@Amana Li hello, yes I have an account but only the form I130 shows it’s been approved and the I485 still pending, but I called today and they told me it is approved but for some reason the San Bernardino office hasn’t send the approval notice to me. but their records show it’s approved. so the agent that helped me on the phone said send a message to their office to process the approval notice. 🙌🏽
