you can go back at your previous job and show them the approved letter. They should be able to take you back

@Amar R mortgage, car payments, bank loans, and some bills I take care of

@Kay Lee made the request on the phone , 7 days later the emailed me to fax the supporting documents and today got approved which is also 7 days since I faxed the documents

@BAYANO PARKER is that not legal. the letter can’t prove it as a document 📄 also is saying in the approval letter

@hope 🙌 I don't want to argue for that... it's a waist of time and energy. let him go back to the job and try. Some jobs accept, others don't.

@Sam SSS Sorry for asking another question since i'm in a situation where my contract job is going to end in June, and my employer is asking to submit EAD for renewal of my contract.., So do you know what documents should i submit during expedite request related to my job ? I know that i can also submit car loan, apartment lease and bills etc.. but other than these what documents do i have to submit related to my job ?

@hope 🙌 so according to you, Do you know what is the meaning of "Approval Notice"?? don't get it twist with " Receipt Notice"... It's 2 different things. Anyway like I said, some jobs accept the Approval Notice, others don't accept it. But since it's just a day apart, I think they will take him back.

@Amar R just a letter from your job saying you are currently employed

@Amar R I would like to add from what Sam says, that the letter should include how critical the job will be if ever they lose you because of the position you occupied and there is no one good enough a part you to handle that job in perfection at your workplace. If you ask your Employer to write a good and strong letter, your expedite EAD will be approved.
