I'm getting desperate, I'm really so anxious
I keep checking visa bulleting, fb groups, every post here every 5 minutes during my whole day in my free times😭 looking for something to give me hope. I'm feeling that I'm getting to my limit. The visa bulletin change took all my illusion and hope and this is the second month that doesn't move forward😭😭 I just want to be with my husband, why has to be so complicated?😭
NVC QUESTION
I paid fee submitted all documents and the day to review documents they say my payment never went through. so now I have to send my bank statements showing it was processed. has anyone experienced this? and does it delay your case? this is all so frustrating how can they make sure a screw up?
The card was maied to you, pending i365.
my cases got updated to show my EAD card was maile dto me yesterday, based on pending i365 after 603 days of filing, Can someone help me when should I expect my Greencard interview after approval of EAD. What will be the next thing, how long will it take for my GC?

request for evidence
hello, a month ago I received a notification saying that they sent a request for evidence but I never got any letter so I requested a copy, I finally got the copy a few days ago, and in the letter says that the deadline was February 2023, but we never got the letter until May 2023, I just uploaded all the documents in the uscis website, should I send the documents via mail or just online?

Did anyone receive a courtesy notice email from uscis@public.govdelivery.com last week?
It basically said my case has been transferred to the Honolulu Field Office…

Attorneys (who are useless) had no idea my case was transferred…and thought it was still in Nebraska…
Live agent confirmed my case was actually transferred to Hawaii FO in Dec 2022…
Can anyone help out on whether the courtesy notice is legitimate (came directly to my work email), and has anyone had experience with the Honolulu FO?

Desperate to leave the US and unsure what timelines to expect
some people have been getting their I-485s approved in no time and it has taken others years. I’m very grateful to have my I-130 but have no idea what to expect and it’s terrifying- i just want to go home :/

H4 EAD Receipt Notice
Hi All , we applied for H1B extension in Premium on Apr 27 along with H4 and H4 EAD in same packet.. We received only H4 receipt notice and not for H4 EAD..
any one received H4 EAD receipt late after H4 receipt ??
How can we confirm if H4 EAD application is accepted??

Although the AoS took less than 50 days, the whole process started before the pandemic. The company and lawyers messed up my procrss twice. Always be on top of your things and know how the process works, even when it’s their responsibility.
I-140 was processed last year, as I was in an international assignment for some months and came back to the US under a tourist visa, my I-485 was withdrawn.
Upon my return I applied again, biometrics from my previous application were used (less than 18 months) and I finally got greened pretty fast! 🥲

It's finally overrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrttt
I'm trying to be Brief as I can so here the HISTORY.
I got married to my us citizen husband in 2020 give birth to my first child in 2020.
filed the I130 in march 2021 it got approved in 3 months .
filed I485 in June _July and I got denied in September 2021(denied because of payment didn't go tru).
refile I485 in November 2021 over the months they sent a few rfe's .
So I had a little issue with the nvc where they keep sending me mail that I have a case in my home country for visa processing smh so I called uscis to let them know im in the usa .plus I contacted the nvc through an inquiry and I let them know im doing Aos in the usa
So I contacted a immigration attorney to ask what to do about my i130 being at nvc instead of uscis she told me to file i864 or i824 either ither but I did not..
So Frustration start to kick in and I neeeeedeeed to work but I did not file i765 at the begining I felt hopeless and confused cause I was stressed out .
So I asked the attorney if I can file the i765 she said no u have to file that my i130 get moved from nvc to uscis smh ..
people some attorney are of no use thank god I never wasted any money on one .
Moving on - I contacted my local congressman and I told her that I need help with uscis long process im frustrated. she told me to go download the i765 form full it out mail it in and as soon I received the receipt or case number call her back. I submit it in October 2022 got my case number right in October and I call her immediately.
she sent me a consent form and I had to write a little letter stating why I need my i765 to be expedited.
I less that 3 month my i765 got approved
In January 2023 uscis sent a rfe for medical I did it in march 2023 submitted it (I'm currently pregnant so I couldn't take any of the vaccine uscis require)
So yesterday may 5th I got an update through lawfully that uscis is actively reviewing my case (i485) then this morning my case got approved thank god ..
Note it got approved without me sending evidence

only evidence we ever sent in the begining was (lease and baby birth certificate)
but I gathered all these evidence just incase I needed to go in for an interview.
Any way my advice be Patient we all are on a journey but we can never have the same experience but at the end of the day is one destination..good luck god bless keep the faith.
