NVC QUESTION
I paid fee submitted all documents and the day to review documents they say my payment never went through. so now I have to send my bank statements showing it was processed. has anyone experienced this? and does it delay your case? this is all so frustrating how can they make sure a screw up?

@A K @Nessy - no solution just more issue they told me if I want them to keep reviewing my case I need to pay the fee again and if it’s a duplicate they will try to resolve in 30 days or call Pay.gov I did reach out pay.gov they say they don’t do refunds so that’s my problem now this system is really mess up
