Yes 5 years from the date it was approved unless you guys were together more than 3 years.

@Henry Henry If you didn’t divorce him but just separated you will file your citizenship after 1 year of getting 10 Years GC because your marriage is clearly more than 2 years. but if you guys divorce while you have 10Years before it clocks a year then you will wait 5 years.

Hi guys I have a question. If I petition as a citizen for my child and she got approved before her 18th birthday but her interview was after her 18th birthday,will she automatically a citizen?
